Responsible Gaming
Betting should be fun, affordable and under your control. Winadda is for adults aged 18 and over, and we want every member to play within limits they set in advance.
Our commitment
We promote play as entertainment rather than a way to earn money. We do not advertise to minors, we act on signs of gambling harm, and we support any member who asks for a limit, a break or a permanent closure.
Simple rules for safer play
- Decide a budget before you deposit and never chase a loss.
- Bet only money you can afford to lose — never borrowed funds.
- Set a session time limit and take regular breaks.
- Do not bet while stressed, upset or under the influence of alcohol.
- Treat winnings as a bonus, not as income you can rely on.
Warning signs
- Betting more than planned or more often than planned.
- Borrowing money or selling belongings to keep playing.
- Hiding your betting from family or friends.
- Chasing losses with bigger stakes.
- Betting affecting your work, sleep, mood or relationships.
If several of these sound familiar, pause and contact support to set a limit or a break.
Tools you can request
- Deposit limits — a daily, weekly or monthly cap.
- Loss and stake limits — a ceiling on how much you can risk.
- Reality checks — reminders of how long you have been playing.
- Cooling-off — a short break from 24 hours to 30 days.
- Self-exclusion — a longer block on your account.
Contact support from your registered number to apply any of these. Tightened limits take effect immediately.
Protecting minors
Under-18s must not register or play. Keep your login details away from children, use device parental controls, and never let anyone else use your account. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed and activity voided.
