Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to bet where you live.
• You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances voided.
• It is your responsibility to check whether online betting is permitted in your jurisdiction.

2. Your account

Keep your UserID, password and OTP private. Any activity from your account is treated as your own. Register with accurate details — mismatched names or phone numbers can delay verification and withdrawals.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

• Deposit only from a payment method held in your own name.
• Withdrawals are returned to a verified method belonging to you.
• Verification may be requested before a payout is released.
• Payment provider fees and processing times are outside our control.

4. Bets and settlement

• A bet is live once it is accepted and shown in your bet history.
• Markets are settled on the official result of the relevant governing body.
• Abandoned, postponed or void events are settled per market rules; stakes are normally returned.
• Bets accepted at a wrong price, on a suspended market or after an event has started may be voided.
• Obvious pricing or technical errors may be corrected after settlement.

5. Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion carries its own wagering requirement, minimum odds, expiry and eligible-games list. Abuse — including arbitrage, linked accounts or automated play — voids the bonus and any winnings from it.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Bots, scripts, scrapers or any automated betting tool.
• Collusion, match fixing or betting with inside information.
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Attempting to exploit software faults instead of reporting them.

7. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, fails verification, or shows signs of fraud or gambling harm. You can request closure or self-exclusion at any time through support.

8. Liability

Winadda is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for losses caused by interrupted internet access, device faults, third-party game providers or events outside our reasonable control. Betting carries the risk of losing your stake.

9. Disputes

Raise any dispute with support within 7 days of the transaction. Our server logs are the definitive record of bets, results and balances.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms; the current version always applies. Material changes will be highlighted in the app where practical.
