General betting rules

• A bet counts only once it appears in your bet history with a confirmed price.
• In-play bets pass through a short acceptance delay and may be rejected if the price moves.
• Markets are settled on the official result of the governing body, not on media reports.
• Bets placed on a suspended market, at an obviously wrong price, or after the result is known are void.
• Stakes are returned when a market is voided.

Cricket

• Match-winner bets stand if a result is declared by the official rules, including via Super Over.
• Abandoned or no-result matches void match markets and stakes are returned.
• Reduced-overs matches settle innings and total markets on the revised official overs.
• Player markets void if the named player does not take part.

Football

• Full-time markets cover 90 minutes plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalties.
• Abandoned matches void all undecided markets.
• A venue change usually voids the market unless the market rules say otherwise.

Tennis

• If a player retires or is disqualified before the match completes, match markets are void unless the market rules state a settled result.
• Bets stand through surface and venue changes, and where a match is delayed and resumes.

Casino and instant games

• Each game's own paytable and rules apply and are available inside the game.
• A round interrupted by a disconnection resumes or settles per the provider's rules.
• Rounds affected by a confirmed provider malfunction are void and stakes returned.

Errors and integrity

We may correct settlement errors after the event and void bets connected to collusion, inside information, automated play or manipulated events. Our server records are the definitive record in any dispute.
