Self Exclusion

Options available

• Cooling-off: 24 hours to 30 days. Betting is blocked; the account reopens automatically.
• Self-exclusion: 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. Betting and deposits are blocked for the whole period.
• Permanent closure: the account is closed and cannot be reopened.

How to request it

Message live chat or WhatsApp support from your registered number, state the option and the length you want, and confirm your UserID. The block is applied as soon as we confirm your identity — usually within minutes.

What happens next

• Any withdrawable balance is paid back to your verified payment method.
• Open bets are left to settle unless you ask us to void them where the rules allow.
• Marketing messages stop.
• You cannot open a new account during the exclusion period; new accounts we detect are closed.

Lifting a block

A cooling-off period ends automatically. A self-exclusion cannot be shortened or cancelled early. When the period ends you must contact support and complete a short check before the account is reopened, and a 24-hour delay applies.
